Services

Support AWLFC spay/neuter programs by getting the Maryland PET license plate. If you have always wanted the Maryland PET license plate that support spay/neuter programs, AWLFC has the applications available.

What is the Fee?

Total cost for the plate is a one-time fee of $50.00. $25.00 is a tax-deductible donation to AWL's spay/neuter programs and $25.00 is the fee charged by the state of Maryland. Check DMV for other yearly renewal fees that may apply to specialty plates.

What is the process?

• Submit your $25.00 tax-deductible donation to AWL
• AWL will send you the appropriate application
• Complete the application and submit it with the $25.00 application fee to DMV

If you are not a current member of AWL and would still like a plate, not a problem—anyone requesting a PET Plate application is also given a complimentary 1-year individual membership with AWL. You will our bi-monthly newsletter, PAWS in Print and receive regular communications regarding AWL events, volunteer opportunities and ongoing activities in the community.
