What if I don't want to give up my foster care animal, can I adopt them? YES!!!! Anyone that is willing to provide foster care and then decides to adopt the animal is greatly appreciated.
The Animal Welfare League of Frederick County (AWLFC) is an all-volunteer, no-kill animal rescue organization dedicated to ending pet homelessness in Frederick County. The Animal Welfare League is a non-profit 501(c) (3), all volunteer organization. We exist solely on donations, membership dues, fundraisers, and volunteerism from the community at large.
